Why we ask

Horizon Land Development & Consulting Inc. and the authorized project team use this information to review community feedback about the proposed land-use change and respond to you after the collection.

Who can see your feedback

This form uses FormSubmit, an external service, to email your submission to Rui@horizondc.ca. FormSubmit processes the submitted information and states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. The project team also retains the emails it receives. Your comments, name, and email address are not displayed publicly on this website. The form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
